Matthew Simpson, Trumpet, is a freelance trumpet player and private instructor currently based in Tulsa, OK.  He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Trumpet Performance from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master's Degree in Trumpet Performance from Duquesne University. Playing the trumpet for over fourteen years, Matthew is passionate about the performing arts and music education. His notable teachers include Dr. Stephen Goforth of the Bartlesville Symphony, Dr. Karl Sievers of the Oklahoma City Philharmonic, and Mr. Micah Wilkinson of the Pittsburgh Symphony.
